Kerton Sweet Peas was established over 25 years ago by Phil and Joyce Kerton when they were asked to grow a heady, fragrant, lavender-coloured sweet pea called Marion that no other nursery wanted to grow even though it had been a cup winner at the National Sweet Pea Society Show. Phil and Joyce began with four rows of these fragrant, frilly flowers and now they grow over 50 varieties on the two acres of land which originally belonged to Joyce's grandfather. If you're passing Kerton Sweet Peas in the Summer months you might see Joyce working in the fields and there may be bunches of beautiful sweet peas for sale at the gate. Our policy is to grow all our own top quality seeds in Somerset. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our past customers and welcome new ones.
